"The room was excellent, clean and beautiful. Large and modern elevators makes transporting upstairs easy. Has a very nice and spacious ADA or disability room. Very good location, 5 min to tube and safe to walk around late at night. Several restaurants and shops makes every accessible. We didn’t get a chance to utilize the bar or restaurant but staff was very welcoming and friendly."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were attending a concert at Shepherds Bush Empire and the hotel is very close to Kensington Olympia overground which is one stop away fro Shepherds Bush. On arriving, we were greeted by a helpful young lady who provided us with the key card and also advised us when and where breakfast was. Now I know we only booked a double room but it was really tiny with around a foot on each side of the bed making it quite difficult to get in and out of bed without kicking the wall! However it was clean. The bathroom was also clean with a good number of towels. There was a tiny kitchenette with a kettle, two bottles of water, a couple of teabags, two sachets of Nescafé coffee and two sachets of milk, which isn’t really enough to make a decent drink. Breakfast was a disappointing. We arrived just after 7.30am and the food was already cold. Don’t know how long it had been sitting in heated trays, but it wasn’t particularly appetising. Tinned mushrooms, baked beans, what looked like Richmond sausages, scrambled eggs, some slices of cheese and some other bits and bobs, so we ended up having a couple of slices of toast. The milk was UHT semi skimmed from what looked to be Lidl own brand and the fruit juice was of a cheap variety again probably Lidl. For the cost of the stay, we would have thought the food would have been of a higher quality for a “boutique hotel”. Would we stay again? Possibly."
