Very clean and fresh towels daily and room cleaned each day. Very close to Olympia Station if you want to use trains/tubes. If you want to go to Buckingham Palace, turn left, walk down to end of street, turn left and go 1 block. #9 bus takes you in to town. Great place to stay unless the elevator breaks and you have a disabled parent with you. Not so easy to take luggage up and down, either. Young man on the desk was extremely rude when elevator broke twice during our stay. All other staff were great! Breakfast adequate, but nothing special. Shower was great, but could use grab bars for disabled persons. Would probably stay again.

Nice property with great staff on quiet street. Not much dining options nearby but close to bus stop. Lift is only operational for one out of the three days that we stayed.

Condition of property was good but ever time someone opened a door, the door to my room banged against the frame waking me up multiple times. Despite mild weather outside it was also very hot so had to sleep with the air conditioning on.

Good location for access to central London, or travel to Wimbledon for tennis. Very friendly and accommodating staff (in the main). Room in basement did have windows, but was quite dark and overall maintenance could be improved. Bathroom very dull, as one of the spotlights and the over mirror lights were broken. Informed reception (don’t think this was news to them) and nil fixed whilst we were there. It was pretty quiet at night, which was great. Pillows included a memory foam option that was comfy, but unfortunately mattresses not great. Breakfast ok - pretty limited options (same every day) and hot food not very hot.

Fab hotel. Friendly staff and beautiful furnished room. Only a few things that were an issue. The TV had a signal issue and did not work. There was faulty light in the bathroom which made the bathroom extra dark. Breakfast was great, beautiful garden to sit in the morning. Would stay again

A much more impressive hotel and room than we expected from some reviews, but we did notice basement rooms too which perhaps are less grand. Number 1, by the door had tall ceilings, a mini kitchen area, a huge walk in closet (perfect for the suitcases if you're staying more than overnight) and the ensuite while small was fully refurbished and very clean. We had booked a twin but unfortunately the message hadn't been passed to the hotel but they sent a team almost immediately to rectify the bed situation. Great service. The receptionist was friendly and helpful too. Breakfast downstairs was pleasant but with definite room for improvement on the qualiity of some items. And I'd also prefer to be able to cool the room further than the pre-set temp. We were rather warm overnight. Overall tho', much MUCH better than many other hotels at the same price point.

Nice Boutique Hotel

Beautiful small hotel. We stayed in a double room. Room was tight but very clean and modern. Breakfast had good options. Hotel had elevator which was definitely a plus. Good location and easily accessible to Kensington Olympia tube station.

Knightsbridge prime hotel

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, quick check in. Nicely decorated. The shower room could be better. Modern but the walk in shower soaked everything and was very slippery. Other than that, very nice.

Our stay

Room very nice but in the basement . Electric socket near vanity mirror excellant but lighting very dim. Breakfast was buffet style no bacon offered, and no marmalade. Not very inviting.

The breakfast was good and the area was nice. We were early and the staff got us into our room quickly. There was transportation close and restaurants close but unfortunately the staff was not a great help on how to get around. A suggestion would be to have a map of the area that they could write on to show where things are and maybe instructions on the bus routes and subways.
