This beautifully renovated, dog friendly home features 3 bedrooms, plus a loft space, and 2 bathrooms with a fenced in back yard. Located just a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean, downtown Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park, this home is the premier spot for your family's next Hilton Head vacation!

The stair-free main level features an open-concept floor plan. The living area has comfortable furnishings, a Roku TV, board games for added entertainment and a dedicated work space. The dining area seats 6 comfortably (8 with table expanded) with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features everything you'd need to cook a meal for your guests, and there is an additional full-size refrigerator just beyond the kitchen for added food storage.

The main level features 2 of the bedrooms. The first bedroom is located to the right of the living area and has 1 queen and 1 full size, plenty of closet space and a Smart TV with Roku. The second bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV with Roku and a workspace area. These rooms has access to a hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Up the stairs, you'll find the loft area with 2 twin beds. (There is also a fold-up table for guests needing additional space to work.) To the right of the loft is the main bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV with Roku and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a stand-alone tub.

The owners of this home have also provided a propane grill and a golf cart for guest to use! (A waiver will need to be signed in advance if you plan to use the golf cart during your stay.) New for April 2024- guests will have access to an outdoor spa with complimentary heat!

This property allows 2 well-behaved dogs, under 75lbs each, for an additional fee of $200 plus tax per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Convenient and comfortable!

This property had everything we needed and more. It was walking distance from restaurants/shopping/beach/grocery. The golf cart made for easy trips to the beach where we could load up all of our beach necessities. The spa was nice at night time after the kids were in bed. The property was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We had an amazing time.
