Great location and really,Ike Turnberry Village. Plenty of space and nice kitchen. Comfortable master bedroom with new carpets. Would suggest replacing the dishwasher, the inside is rusted. Refrigerator and washer dryer are all nice and new. When we first arrived the water had a strong swampy odor. After running the hot water for a while, that was fine and Vacasa was quick to respond to our inquiries but a post by another homeowner helped us to know what to do. I hesitated to say the negatives, but wanted to make others and the owners aware of a couple of things that would improve what was overall a wonderful experience.

Great stay at this place. The townhouse is clean and perfect for a family. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. The pool is just right around the corner and the balcony feels private. The walk to the beach is also very doable. Overall great! Keep in mind you’ll need to bring your own beach towels, even though beach chairs are provided. Also, if you’re planning on cooking at home, you’ll need to bring oil as they have salt and pepper in the cabinets. Also, I REALLY appreciated that the welcome package had a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher and washing machine detergent packets. Great, stay, I would highly recommend.

Good Spot for Quick Get Away

Overall this condo worked great for us. It was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was adequate except that ice maker and water did not work on refrigerator. But otherwise the kitchen was fairly well equipped. Hair dryer in upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was comfortable. Location was great.

Nice Unit. Very good value for the area. But unit is at the end of a 3/4 mile rd, so not really a walk to anything close. Public parking in that area is nil, so you kind of need a bicycle to go exploring! Overall, the unit worked for me, because I was golfing in the Am Nat Tournament!!

Fall beach trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The twin bed closest to the window really need replacing because the box spring has been crushed, resulting in a large dip in the middle of the bed. My daughter had to sleep on the couch after the first night. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Excellent Villa!

We are frequent visitors to Palmetto Dunes but have never stayed in Turnberry Village. This unit was absolutely perfect for our fall get-away. The villa was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the quiet and relaxing location in the back of Palmetto Dunes. We will definitely consider 251 Turnberry Village next time we plan a trip to HHI.

A bit crowded

The pictures that are online are all correct and most areas it is beautifully renovated but you will notice that they don’t show the bathrooms because both tubs could use a renovation even a walk-in shower would be nice for older people. It was really crowded which made for some late night noise and the pool was really crowded. Maybe September would be a better time to visit!

Very nice and comfortable condo. Everything you need for a home away from home.. Only one hiccup…..air conditioning went out on out second to last night…. A repair man was sent out the next morning and had it up and running ASAP.

Everything’s good except Plumbing issues in the kitchen.

The unit was a great place to stay. Furnishings are nice and the condo was clean. The kitchen had all that we needed. Liked the Turnberry area--but it's a little too far to walk to the beach. The master bedroom is great with a very comfortable bed, but it is time for new mattresses in the second bedroom. Overall it was a good experience and we would return to this condo again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and comfortable and a great space. The beds were very comfortable, and we felt very much at home. Close to the pool but quiet. Our morning coffee on the porch was a treat.

Worth it.

Would definitely stay there again. The two problems I had were the code didn't work two times and the hot water wasn't working only for one afternoon. I called and they came right out to fix it. The place is roomy and well decorated. Really loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.
