The 1st level of the home offers an open floor plan with a kitchen/dining area for 10 with custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops and an expansive island. One of the best features of this floor are the 2 walk out patios with rocking chairs! The largest patio is just off the living room, overlooking the pool and is the full length of the house! For added privacy or a break from the sun, floor-to-ceiling curtains can easily be pulled. If you prefer to entertain outdoors this home has a fenced yard with a 10 ft x 20 ft private pool, Gas Grill, Custom Bar and new bar stools and mini fridge, Outdoor Dining Table, Outdoor Living Room and 2 50-inch TV's! The outdoor shower and half bath are perfect for rinsing any sand off from the beach!
