Perfect for us..

We've stayed at Blackbear Falls before and the area (for us) is perfect. Downtown and Grocery are both short drives yet far enough out to be disconnected. What sets this apart for me was the nigh time views. As it gets dark you can see the lights from downtown and the surrounding cabins. Very pretty. My girls had the downstairs to themselves and used the gameroom and deck. We took the upstairs bedroom so we were far away from them! Plenty of tv's though we didn't use them a whole lot. Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet area really. A couple of bears came by the first night. It was cool for almost memorial day weekend but coming from Florida we loved it. We would (and probably will) stay here again.

Great cabin and better view

We have stayed at several different cabins in Gatlinburg and this one was the best by far. It had all of the amenities we look for and the most spectacular view of the mountains. We kept trying different cabins because each had drawbacks… but this cabin was perfect. All of us agree that we will stay at this cabin when we come back to the Smoky mountains.

Timeless View

It was a great experience, a few things were broken when we arrived but the host was quick to have someone fix them. I would have liked for there to have been pot holders or kitchen towels in the kitchen. We found 1. Overall it was a great experience.

2nd time, just as magical

This was my Wife and I’s second stay at this beautiful cabin and just as the first it was spectacular! The cabin is amazing with views in every room. The area is at the top of the mountain away from everyone and still minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. It’s quiet and peaceful…did I mention the views! LOL

Perfect Get Away!

Property was great, the views were incredible and each morning we all looked forward to having our coffee and watching the sunrise. Location was great, we were very close to the main strip, but far enough away to retreat from the crowds each evening. Communication was great with our host; everything was as they said it would be. Could not beat the location/views and value of our cabin.

Beautiful Views!

We stayed here with a group of nine, ranging in ages from infant to 65+. There was plenty of room for all and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was very useful. Both adults and kids loved the game room; we spent most evenings chatting and playing pool downstairs. The views were impressive... watching the sunset across the mountains from the balcony was amazing. And the best part? We were able to watch a mama bear and her five cubs, right outside our windows. Communication went smoothly, and check in was easy.

Beautiful cabin!

Stayed here four nights. Stunning views from balcony. Had 6 adults staying and the layout of the cabin was perfect. Lower level was nice with the pool table, arcade and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful mountain getaway

Beautiful cabin with amazing scenery. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the arcade games! Plenty of attractions. Definitely will stay again! The only things that could be added is an air fryer in the kitchen and an extra trash bin outside.

Best Views in the Community

We have stayed in this community several times and this cabin easily has the best views. Many of the cabins in this community are great but this cabin has a wraparound two level balcony with seating to eat, swing or face multiple views. The basement/game room area is more spacious than other cabins. The three suites are spacious and the living area is also slightly larger than other cabins we have rented in this community. One note, the owner required us to buy a pretty pricey non refundable insurance in case of damage. I get it, people tear things up but we left it better than we found it. No other cabin in this community has required this. There was a small plumbing issue and the owner was fairly slow to reply and it took three days to have the issue fixed. Despite these minor issues we would absolutely stay here again!

Loved it!

Perfect space for two families with 6 kids between us. Kids stayed downstairs and were entertained with pool table, gaming machine and board games. The cabin is a the top of the mountain with beautiful views! Higher than neighboring cabins, so no one looking down on us. Close to town and and all attractions, but not in the thick of it. Would definitely stay here again.

Family trip

The cabin was everything we were hoping for! The view was gorgeous, the hot tub, deck, and pool table were so fun and relaxing! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend and hope to be back soon!!! Beautiful
