Great place

Great place to stay. Our stay was comfortable and quiet being that it is not directly on the square. I would recommend to anybody who is looking for a great place to stay. The only downside is they will try to get you to attend a timeshare meeting. But just say no and go on.

Front desk lady was not very hospitable. We had a leak from our bathtub and when we let her know, she made it seem like we were an inconvenience and she couldn't do anything about it. Maintenance fixed it quickly so that was nice but the floor was soaked during our stay and front desk didn't want to offer another room for us.

Always a nice stay

We have stayed at this property for 3 years in a row. No complaints! Our family enjoys the spacious rooms and the pools. There is lots of bear activity if that is something interests you. It is far enough from the main drag in Gatlinburg to be quiet but close enough to walk to everything. Highly recommend!

The Town Center Resort

The hotel was good, it was bought out by another company 2months ago and will be getting many renovations, but beside that we had a 1 bedroom, pull out sofa and full kitchen…. We enjoyed ourselves- the room did have a closed in smell, but do to us driving in I bought cleaning products to wipe tables and spray beds and everything went well.
