Quaint, quiet, cozy!!! A delightful little property with easy walking distance to downtown. A lovely family to greet and welcome you. If you like a “Mom & Pop” motel that is clean and nostalgic, this is your place!!! I enjoyed my overnight so much!!!

Off the strip. Quiet neighborhood and super close to the park. Rooms have a cabin feel and are super clean. Spent the nights sitting out front in the rocking chairs reading and just enjoying the evenings.

We recently stayed at Marshall’s Rest Motel during our “last vacation” of the summer celebration. This was our 3rd time staying here. What i like best about staying here is the cute cozy rooms (which are clean & well maintained), the pool area which offers a view of the river while you swim or relax pool side & the closeness to downtown (only a 4 min walk). Over all this place offers it all. Clean rooms, great service & short walking distance to the strip. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a great family owned, clean place to stay. We will definitely be staying again in the future!
My 8 & 3 year old really enjoyed themselves. Very clean & well maintained pool.
