The home was great, loved the bears all over the home. Just the right touch. Fun pool table and hot tub. Just right for our anniversary getaway trip. Close to the smoky mountain hikes and perfect elevation to enjoy. Would be nice if they included hair soap and cleaned the second story windows.

The property overall was peaceful and lovely. It’s perfect for a couple. However, there should be more than one wash cloth per person and a warming about driveway. I had anxiety every time we ventured out. Also, there should be a better TV selection. I would recommend this property for someone that doesn’t plan to leave much but there’s not much entertainment if you stay in.

The cabin looks just as it is advertised, but what they don’t show you is that there a number of shoddy repairs that are pretty evident, the toilet doesn’t work well, and the walk-in shower doesn’t have a handheld shower head. We also found that the cable tv that is advertised as being included was extremely limited and we couldn’t use the television in the bedroom at all after our second night because the remote stopped working completely; I had to power it off by unplugging it. Overall, this property has a lot of potential, but it desperately needs to be renovated and updated. The only appliance in there younger than 10-15 yrs old was the Keurig coffeemaker and possibly the refrigerator. Also, when they say the driveway is steep, they mean it - it’s probably close to a 50 degree slope up to the parking pad from the road.
