I chose this hotel because it had good reviews and because it included breakfast. My goal for this stay was a solo quilting weekend. Check in was quick and painless, but both beds in my room were dirty, one had been slept in and the other had a blood stain on the mattress pad that you could see through the sheet. There was no housekeeping on staff so I was placed in a second room. The bed was clean so I accepted the room. I went to get dinner and returned and decided to shower before bed and was met with a dirty Band-Aid and long black hairs in my tub. The next morning I learned that the hairdryer was broken and the electrical outlets in the room also did not work. The phone in neither room was connected so to contact the front desk. I had to go outside and walk across the parking lot to do it in person. That's when I learned they no longer served breakfast. I went to get ice for water and found the only ice maker onsite not working.
They installed a new hair dryer and fixed the electrical outlets, but did not clean my room for the duration of my stay, so I couldn't shower.
I spoke to the manager again at checkout and explained that I had not been able to use the amenities that I had paid for and he told me he would request a partial refund of $30 from Expedia, which I have not gotten.
The good things were a great location and a fairly comfortable bed. But the lack of advertised amenities by far out, weighed the only two positives from this booking.
