Cockroaches and No Air conditioning

⚠️ Summary: ROACHES ❌ Room smelled like poop — my kid literally walked around trying to find it 💩 ❌ AC didn’t work — room stayed at 76–78° all night ❌ Woke up to COCKROACHES ❌ Hotel only offered a partial refund ❌ I had to call the booking app per hotel even though I paid at check-in ❌No apology or contact from management ❌ We drove 11 hours to get there — left feeling gross and disappointed ✅ What could’ve been nice: Polite front desk staff Great location Large suite with full kitchen We were supposed to stay from July 14–17, but ended up checking out early on the 15th. When we first walked into the room, it smelled like poop — not just musty or stale, but like someone had gone to the bathroom and never cleaned up. My kids even searched the room looking for where it came from. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work. It was set low but never got below 76–78°, which was no fun. We tried to tough it out. But the next morning, we woke up to COCKROACHES on the walls. That was our breaking point. We packed up and left. The front desk person was nice, but the hotel only offered to refund 2 of our 3 nights. Told me I had to go thru booking app(which I never paid money through btw) No apology from management no call or email or anything. Would not recommend. Super disappointed.

Rooms were only surface clean. Mold in tub and ants. Frayed carpet. Seemed like they let anyone come to eat the breakfast that they knew. Pool was average, kids area didn't work. I wouldn't stay again.

Well worth the stay!

We requested a wheelchair accessible room due to my husband being an amputee, who has some visual impairment. Our daughter and her small family accompanied us, which made us want to have adjoining rooms. The hotel was accommodating to both requests, making our lodging more pleasant. The hotel's exterior was just as clean and nicely landscaped as the interior was clean and decorated. All of the hotel staff was kind, courteous and helpful. The Crossroads Inn is in a great location, the rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, comfortable and affordable. The pool felt great during the late afternoons, when coming in from our strolls up and down the sidewalks. Visiting the different restaurants, shops and attractions that are nearby the hotel. The breakfast was very good, as well. Serving everything you could want. We'll definitely stay here again!

Very close to downtown. Could walk to Anakeesta. Traffic around it was VERY heavy July 3-5. Staff was friendly while there. They did not answer the phone when I tried calling for hours the day of arrival. Breakfast was basic, but tasty. I'm told you can see fireworks from a few of the balconies for July 4th & New Years. Easy walk to parades. Note: Parade is 12:01 AM on 7/4... so basically, night of 7/3. Fireworks at Spaceneedle. They're small from Anakeesta. Nobody knows what time the go off. It's 10 pm.

The pictures of this property are misleading as it appears to be a resort while it's a very old setting and there was a musty smell in the room and a mold in the bathroom. We checked in and stayed for only 2 hours before leaving and finding another hotel as a walk-in.
