Another helpful amenity is bar which stays open til 11pm. Overall the room was basic but offered everything you need. I wish breakfast was included ..."

"It was just ok. Pretty clean. Breakfast is very basic. Stayed two nights and no housekeeping while I was there (not mentioned during check in). Two cars appeared to be derelict / abandoned near my room. One clearly hadn't moved in months with lots of debris from snow plowing over the winter all around ..."

"This is probably the best hotel in Freeport since it’s right in town and has a big parking lot. Parking is free but you must get a tag from the front desk. Another helpful amenity is bar which stays open til 11pm. Overall the room was basic but offered everything you need. I wish breakfast was included however they charge $20 for a breakfast buffet that most other chain hotels offer for free."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times now and have always enjoyed the historic charm and location. Check-in during this stay went smoothly, however we were disappointed when we arrived to find the toilet in our room was dirty. We also asked the front desk if the TVs allowed streaming services like Netflix or Prime Video, and the girl at the front responded rather rudely that “we are a historic hotel, so we do not offer smart TVs.” We completely understand preserving the character of a historic property, but the response came across dismissive for what was just a simple question. We were also told that because parts of the hotel are older, some areas may not look as clean compared to newer hotels. While we appreciate the history and character of the property, cleanliness and customer service should still meet expectations regardless of the building’s age. We’ve enjoyed staying here in the past, which makes this visit more disappointing, and we hope these issues are addressed moving forward."

The other actually had a replacement tire leaning against the rear tire that never moved during almost 48 hours of my stay. Overall, a low budget hotel with the basics and nothing more. "
