"We only stayed one night; arrived late and left early, but it was a clean property, comfortable bed and good breakfast. It is away from the downtown area, and it would be difficult if you were wanting to walk back and forth, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay. I can't really comment on the area surrounding the property as I wasn't there long enough to really observe it."

"Our stay at the Westin in Portland was great. Staff was kind and helpful, room service was great, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The rooftop bar was gorgeous and had the best view of the town. My only complaint would be the small park right next door, it seems there is a lot of illegal activity and homelessness. That being said, I didn't really feel unsafe, but it was not pleasant to walk past everyday. "
