We were sad to find the pool closed, but again, the staff exemplified what hospitality is all about and offered other ways for us to have a 5 star experience, and did it upfront, happily, and without making us feel like an imposition. There’s much to say about the whole place, but what’s important is this: I encountered directly, at least 7 staff, all of whom were exceptional. Embassy Suites has positioned itself first on my list of hotels after this stay, and I hope all our road trips have them along our way!"
