Horrible dirty, bed bug infested hotel! Do not book! Currently attempting to get money back from hotels.com as this was a non refundable stay. Upon arrival it was clear that hotel was not in condition depicted on hotels.com site. It was old, run down and beyond dirty. Went up to our room and it was dark, moldy smelling with broken, scratched up, dirty furniture. Bathroom shower floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Called front desk and the gave us another room, second room was in same condition. Tried a third time, told us they’d put us on “renovated” 11th floor. Not sure what was renovated here as furnishings were all the same with the same outdated, unclean carpet and dirty walls. Bonus here was we found evidence of bed bugs! Immediately informed front desk we would not be staying. Also in a bad area with many homeless and addicts around. Pretty sure some of them frequently stay in this hotel. Cannot believe the Hilton brand has such a terrible hotel.

Very nice room! Staff was cordial. The one thing I didn’t like was that the hotel has no parking lot, which I didn’t realize until I checked in. You could pay them $10 per night for valet parking, or you could park across the street in metered parking spaces.

The staff stood out! Amazing desk clerks & valets!👏👍The large 2 room suite was spacious & appreciated bc three of us were stuck in WV for a few more days due to the snow storm:) We felt very safe & the location is great proximity to downtown which is a cute area:) Marshall U is close as well. The rooms could use some updating & deep cleaning with carpet & such, but overall a great stay!
