My room was comfortable enough, including the bed. The rest of the hotel is pretty grim. It was snowy and icy outside and the parking lot had not been cleared, making it hazardous to walk into the hotel The only elevator appears to be a freight elevator, and was freezing cold (cold air blows in there for some reason) and loud. The included breakfast was inedible. Really bad food. Didn't end up eating it. The front desk staff were polite and efficiently checked me in.

Our room was clean. Bed not comfortable and had low back tenderness after sleeping. Bathroom counter had no counter space. I hate bathrooms with no counter space. Bath lighting was awful. Tub was VERY slick and the concave type so very dangerous. Room being clean was only good part of stay.
