We were upgraded to a duplex room which was lovely, amazing views over the city. The smashed window did not look very nice although did not spoil our stay. Staff are all very friendly particularly the reception staff, a credit to the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

"Perfect for one night stay. Got access to room early as hotel seemed quiet. Room was spacious and well presented with tea and quality coffee making facilities. Breakfast had a wide range of options of quality food. Haggis was excellent! Good range of non dairy ‘milks’ but didn’t use as all were from the barista range containing unhealthy seed oils. All in all an excellent stay with helpful and happy staff. "
