I love YOTEL Glasgow's location, right across the street from Central Station. The rooms are comfy, with a fully adjustable bed, privacy windows and shades, and very modern facilities. The A/C is so welcome - I can get the room as cold as I want (pretty chilly) for sleeping. The lights do keep shutting off because I'm not moving around. :) Nice staff 24 hours at the desk.

The hotel is in the middle of the city. So if you are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful maybe not the best option. However, if you are looking somewhere convenient place to look around the city, its a great fit. Its a walkable distance the train station, many cool restaurants around. The hotel is clean and modern furniture equipped.

Staff are friendly, room is clean. However, every SINGLE light is on a motion sensor timer that requires you to move close to the front door of the room every 15-20 minutes. So I couldn’t even relax and read in the evening because of this terrible feature. I’m all for power saving. This is ridiculous when you can’t turn them back on from the main area of the room.
