Modern and stylish hotel with spotless and spacious rooms. Bed is very comfortable, bathroom large and shower is roomy. Very short walk to the St Enoch centre and access to the main shopping and eating areas. Would happily rebook.

Didn't feel very welcome in the bar space no one really acknowledged or served us so didn't bother to use the voucher. We had an issue with our room on check in but it was swiftly dealt with and we were happy with the resolution. Overall rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Parking was close by and secure which was good. Breakfast on the whole was nice, our experience was ruined by other guests that were generally so miserable, shoving in the queue to

Worse hotel I’ve stayed at. Over priced for what you get. Gritty area. Many annoying small things such as; it’s not mobility friendly you need to go up and down stairs and a maze of doors;, the chomecast didn’t work so no internet program access like Netflix;, broken iron, windows didn’t open and no control over temperature in the room and my room was not refreshed. The staff were friendly is the only good thing.

We stayed in this hotel for one night as part of our anniversary celebrations. We had a very pleasant stay, were well received by the staff throughout. The hotel is fairly new and very nicely decorated, we particularly liked the way the old custom house had been attached onto the new room towers, creating a really nice seating area around the bar.

Our thermostat did not work from the room. Front desk person had to turn it on for us. Service was great. Just issues with that and bathroom could have been cleaned better prior to our visit. Shower not as clean as expected.
