Room was clean, if a little basic and old fashioned. The room and corridor really need a refurbishment. Lumpy old carpet, held together with what looked like parcel tape. Not acceptable for the rate charged. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Only thing i found a problem was how long it took the shower to warm up....i had resigned myself to a tepid shower when it finally started running hot. Great breakfast and very convenient easy walk to checkin.

Although the main areas and restaurant were all clean and modern, my room was unfortunately scruffy and dirty. There was mold in the bathroom over most of the ceiling and in the tiles and the towel rail had a failed PAT test certificate sticker from September. There were stains on the carpet and the room had an unpleasant smell. The overall feel of the room was "grim" and it was also noisy. I have paid less for a room and stayed in much nicer

The room was good, comfortable, warm, staff were friemdly & helpful. The food at the restauramt was good but I was very surprised when the bill arrived and we had a service charge automatically added. I do not agree with a charge being added on above the cost of the food & drinks without my knowledge. Service charge is at the customers dicrestion not the hotel and should not be automatically added for the staff to carry out their job. Feedback would be appreciated.

The room was basic but comfortable enough. It is quite dated in the bathroom and was a bit of a challenge to step into the bath to use the shower. The tea/coffee making options were limited. The fan had been left on in the room it was quite cold when we first arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. The proximity to the airport is very convenient
