Trip to Hamilton for 3 nights

Great staff and service , all very polite and eager to help us , the bed was fantastic and very large and comfortable, a fan was provided as it was very hot in Hamilton. Also had ironing board and iron as I requested on arrival so we were very happy overall , breakfast was good also

Nice hotel and incredibly friendly staff made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a family room which was well equipped. We often stay at a neighbouring hotel but will switch to Holiday Inn from now on

Room was not ready and we waited for around 30min or so to allow them time to prepare room. Reception most of the times remain unattended. Parking is far away from the hotel just in case if you have luggage to bring. I do not recommend this hotel for more than one night.

Always friendly and welcoming

We stay here for a few days, on average 3-4 times a year and some of the regular staff remember us (or perhaps its our dog 🤔), each time we visit. For a big corporate company, the personal touch makes a nice difference and weve always found the staff to be friendly and welcoming.
