Great hotel for the price. Breakfast was cooked to order, the room was large and comfortable, easy parking and close to the river and green spaces. Staff were friendly. Excellent value

Arrived at the property quite late after an 8 hour drive, discovered blood on the duvet cover which we thought we'd report in the morning. It was quite hot so we slept on towels on top of the bed instead. Reported the incident in the morning showing timed photographic evidence from the night before and were met with aggressive and unhelpful staff. The manager Marco is still yet to contact me regarding this, it's been 5 days. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Arrived late and the restaurant manager managed to persuade the chef to still serve me and the meal was superb. Room was very warm, couldn’t open the window due to noise from outside and no fans available

Room given not room type reserved, told that all the rooms the same despite the website showing differently. Shower didn't work until it was hit, No fan and room was very hot, paper thin walls, it felt like people were coming into the room when walking past in the corridor. Overall a run down, tired hotel.

Receptionist on arrival not helpful in regards to us believing we had booked for Bed and breakfast . He said breafast not included and made no attempt to resolve just said you will need to ask at restaurant in morning if the can fit you in.

Make sure you don’t get room No.10

We were put in room 10 on the ground floor, room was clean enough though dated. Bed was lumpy and the room obviously had water tank behind the wardrobe as all night long you heard the water running every time a tap was turned on or toilet flushed couldn’t wait to get home for a decent sleep.
