Staff was great but theme music aroud the pool does not fit with the fifties theming. They used to play fifties music in the first year it opened and it was great. This time I went to enjoy breakfast outdoors and had to listen to a pop song about snorting cocain. Yea not very Cabana like.

it is more "motel" like so you have people walking by your room able to look in if you don't close your curtains. rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.

Upon check in room wasn’t ready, check in at 4… arrived at 430… and after driving for 4 hours, planned whole day, for room to not be ready was frustrating… then they put me in a smaller room and I was charged extra, felt like a tactic, they corrected by moving me to my original room, with a 25$ refund

No blow dryers in the room, so bring a blow dryer 😳
