I loved my stay. It was exactly what I was looking for for a city stay with a local feel. The location was fantastic and very accessible to transportation. The pool and amenities are top tier. The shower was exfoliating and spacious. The staff was helpful and greeting. It was a quiet stay and cleanliness was great. I enjoyed having a studio apartment with a city view as well as lake view. Perfect for a birthday stay!

Good hotel location. We were moved to a different room due to a cleanliness issue. Manager and some staff was responsive and professional but other staff was dismissive. Disappointed that pool was too cold to be used. Thermostats were confusing. Our overall stay was comfortable.

This is a great place to stay with kids. Very clean and quiet! We loved having extra space and a full kitchen for breakfast. Our only drawback was that it really needs another hot tub and the pool was very cold, but the kids loved the attached game room! Overall, we had a great experience and will likely stay again.
