Rooms have somewhere I need more upkeep. The first room we got had dirty sheets, and we requested to be moved to a new room. There was some loud equipment, like an AC unit or fan, outside my window when I was trying to go to sleep. But it seemed to go away around midnight. Making a difficult to fall asleep.

Birthday get away

Clerk at front desk was very nice. Didn’t mention that there was a hotel happy hour happening 5-7pm when we checked in at 6:30pm. Walls in room were dinged up. Bedding and towels very clean. Pillows flat. Good black out curtains. GREAT breakfast with great service, including made to order omelets! No hot tub. Pool was cold. Nice work out room w/ a filtered water bottle filler. It took me 10-15 minutes to figure out how to order room service. After scanning the QR code it took me another 10 minutes to find the room service menu. Then the phone didn’t work unless on speaker.

I have stayed at more than a half-dozen different Embassy Suites hotels throughout the United States. The one in Naperville. Illinois is simply the best Embassy Suites hotel.

The rooms were large but the furniture was dated. Water pressure in the shower was really, really weak. I also think the hot water is controlled, showers were lukewarm at best. Cocktail hour was great and the free breakfast was surprisingly good with a made to order omelet bar. Lobby area was nice but they make you sign a form (contract) saying that you won't have large parties or underage drinking in the room?

Loved staying at the Naperville Embassy Suites. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property is due for a renovation, however. Carpets were stained and many scratches on the furniture. Also, not enough parking on the property. Had to park across the street in another business’s property.

The front desk staff laughed about a mix up with my room and price. However the rooms were clean and cozy. Each time I had the buffet breakfast it was fresh, hot and delicious.
