Felt like security harassed our girl’s volleyball team. Knocking on our hotels doors and telling our girls it’s passed 10 pm and they need to return to their own rooms because it’s their policy, that an adult has to be in the room at all times. the girls were 14 years and the parents were downstairs in the lobby talking. The front desk didn’t notify any guests about the fact that someone called the police on man taking pictures of girls that were swimming in the pool.

Why spend the $ on upgrades just not to take care of it? New bathroom yet grout had never been cleaned. Pool area in disrepair. Was a 2-star hotel trying to act like a 3-4 star. Just be who you are.

I was very disappointed with the pool area the jacuzzi water was vwry cloudy and looked unclean and unsafe broken tile was also exposed on the jacuzzi and the vents looks like they havent been cleaned in years and there was clear signs the roof at one time was leaking or may still be. The pool area and the elevators were extremely slow. However the room the breakfast and happy hour were all good.

Just ok but was fine
Saturday night is a nightmare at this hotel. It's like party city for large families. I'm fine with children but they were unsupervised and running all over the place. The room next to us had a karaoke machine and they were singing well into the night. Weed smell was everywhere. The rooms are outdated - very few plugs for people with multiple devices. Finishings were very dated.
