We had the worst stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, the lack of customer service was clear — we greeted the front desk upon check-in, but they didn’t even return the courtesy. Unfortunately, that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and frankly dirty. Our suites felt more like a run-down motel than a $200+/night Hilton-branded hotel. The lack of upkeep was only part of the problem — the overall atmosphere was unsafe and chaotic. On our third night, a fight broke out between guests, ending with someone being pepper sprayed (we have video). The following night, an argument in the room next door at 5am required security again. This is not what we expected while hosting family from India for a wedding — it was embarrassing and stressful. To make matters worse, the pool was filthy. When my sister brought her kids to swim, she found hair and debris floating throughout. She complained to the front desk, only to be told that the pool wouldn’t be cleaned until the following Monday. That kind of response shows zero concern for guests. To top it off, checkout was handled with the opposite level of rigidity. On the morning of our departure, I called at 10:30am to request a late checkout but was told it wasn’t possible. When I went down to the lobby, I saw Nancy and another manager going floor to floor, demanding that guests leave their rooms immediately — something I’ve never witnessed in any other hotel. The rooms definitely need a thorough cleaning. The staff is friendly. The location is convenient to many restaurants and shopping I just wish the room were clean! You also have to pay for parking, which I think is outrageous.

Overall it wasn't a bad stay but both sinks in the bedroom and bathroom had issues with being stopped up and the water pressure in the sink in the bedroom was very low

We had a couple of environmental issues. One was a bad smell in room. Housekeeping came and sprayed, still had smell, so they were very helpful and moced us. The second room had refrigerator and safe issues. The engineer arrived and fixed both things

The hotel meet expectations. The pool being closed for cleaning was unexpected but nothing that drastically altered the experience. The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Great hotel for families and/or for sports trips.

Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere. I have never seen, such terrible hospitality in all the years I have traveled. First, we were to receive 2 complimentary drinks upon arrival. We arrived around 8 P.M and the bar was still open. We were informed that they have a strict policy of honoring the complimentary drinks between 5 P.M and 7 P.M. Hmm......oddly enough it never said that on my expedia booking. Sexond, the rooms are outdated. Third and last strike, is I needed to store a deep dish Chicago pizza in their freezer. I was informed I wasn't allowed. Why? No reason, just a flat out "no". The pizza was frozen and to take back with me home and I explained that to the 2 women at the front receptionist. To the manager who runs this hotel: work on training your staff to go above and beyond for guests. I stay for the service, not the rooms. A simple, yes as it doesn't do any harm would have sufficed, yet can't keep customer's food in the freezer for what ever reason isn't correct, it is stupidity. Hope the staff realize that they are in the hospitality business sooner rather than later.
