When I checked in to this hotel after travel traveling 8 1/2 hours I realized that the hotel was also housing people. There was people everywhere that were apparently living there. We couldn’t use the hottub or pool because they were filled with these kids that were living there. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working AC did not work at it was 77 in our room but they did he that fixed with the maintenance guy. Would not stay here again or recommend

I didn’t know about parking fees until check-in. The shower had hair in it, there is a gap between the door (entrance to room) and the floor, and the fitness room needs cleaned. In the two days of my stay I didnt see anyone in the pool or hot tub, then I looked at reviews and maybe that's why.

Nice place and around everything food, mall, entertainment for family or kids. Not too far from downtown Chicago. If you have plans, just leave a little early due to traffic.

I asked for an early check in, but the front desk told me I had to wait an hour or so. So I was fine waiting but right after me, there were three men who also wanted an early check in and they were given rooms. They were even staying at different rooms, so they were given three separate rooms. I did not complain at that moment because I didn’t want to make a big deal, but during my check in time, I was not given a water bottle when I clearly saw other people getting complementary water from the front desk. I had to ask for one because I saw the woman in front of me getting one, especially a new, cold one from the fridge in a paper bag. But when I asked for one, the front desk gave me the one that was sitting outside the whole time (the one that the staff was going to given the woman in front of me but then put it back on the table and gave her a new one) and even without a bag. From the start to finish of my stay, I didn’t feel like I was respected.
