Staff was wonderful, as the room and breakfast offered! (The flooring in the room was our only disappointment- may have used a dirty mop or was not cleaned. Door would not lock from outside. Was moved to a room without a couch and was smaller. Manager was thoughtful but did not have comparable room to transfer us to. Previous visit hotel was overrun with a large group of pot heads. They were aseo the leve the next day but for a day the ruled the hotel.

This is just a personal preference but the floors are not carpeted. The room was also pretty cold even though we blasted the furnace at 77 degrees. I did appreciate the noon checkout since not many hotels do this anymore. It made me feel not rushed. The front desk clerk was very sweet.

The pool and hot tub were great. We had problems with the very firm mattress, very low toilet, thin walls and ceiling (noise from neighbors). However, it was very clean and the staff was friendly.
