Positives: Bed was super comfy and the staff was lovely. Close to Northerly Island. Next to Paris baguette. Negatives: Thin, old (really old) towels. No handheld shower. Narrow bathroom. Super-thin toilet paper. Hotel and rooms are showing their age. Rooms need fresh paint.

Amazing hotel! I travelled alone for the first time and felt so safe. The staff were very polite & always happy to help. There was always someone around tidying the lobby, providing water or checking the lift cleanliness etc. The room was spotless and a very good size. The location is 2 minutes away from a bus to the loop & 5 minute walk from the train. This was a brilliant stay and I couldn’t have asked for more! :)

This is a below average hotel, especially for the price. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke covered up by room spray. If you just need a place for a means to an end, it’s fine, but I would not stay here again if I was trying to create a memorable experience in Chicago.

There is no way to pick your door. The bath tub filled up to my ankles while I was in the shower . The outlets did not work to charge my phone . The windows when I woke up in the morning had so much dew on the you could take your finger and water would drip down on your finger to your wrist . Vending machines did not work. And when found one on a floor that did it charged me twice . Will never stay here again .
