After Christmas Getaway

Our family has made it a tradition to gather in Branson for an after Christmas and New Years celebration. Green Wood Getaway was a fantastic accommodation for our family. Lots of bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and TV's. Very clean with all the necessities we needed.

Wonderful vacation spot!

This house had everything we needed for the weekend! We had 4 families and the space was perfect. We had everything we needed. Lots of of extras provided made our stay even more special! Everything was very comfortable. We enjoyed the festive decor. We’ve even talked about a return stay! Thank you for making our trip amazing!

Amazing Property

The property met and exceeding our expectations. Home was immaculate and well stocked. Since we were three couples we loved having 3 of the bedrooms with king beds and direct access to a private bathroom.

Perfect Branson Getaway

House is in a great location close to all the Branson attractions. Perfect location steps away from outdoor and indoor pool. Kids loved the bunk-room bed with video games. Great view of the lake from patio. Hosts were very responsive.

Everyone loved it! Beautiful view!!

We had 8 adults and 3 children with us for our stay at the Greenwood Getaway. It was perfect! There was plenty of room and we found there was nothing we needed. Amazing Family Vacation

This house was beautiful and had so much space and extras! We had 8 adults and 4 kids and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Pete was a great host. Easy check in process, and great communication when we had questions! We hope to return again soon!

Perfect house

The house was perfect for our group. The kids had plenty to do and it was just a short walk from the pool. Pete was an amazing host if we had a question or concern he was quick to respond. This is a place we definitely would like to rent again.

Very Enjoyable Getaway

The house was very comfortable, spacious, and homey. We also appreciated every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Our family of eleven, ages 4-93, enjoyed everything that the home had to offer. Grandkids truly enjoyed swimming in the lake and pools.

Great experience - house was amazing!!!!!

Our recent trip to Branson, Missouri, was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to the fantastic house we stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was something special. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The spacious living areas were perfect for our group, and the comfortable furnishings added a touch of luxury to our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, allowing us to prepare meals and enjoy them together in the charming dining area. One of the highlights of the house was the outdoor spaces. The two “patios” and provided a wonderful setting for evening gatherings, with plenty of seating and a barbecue grill that we put to good use. The serene surroundings and stunning views added to the overall experience, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was also ideal. We were close to all the attractions Branson has to offer, yet the house was situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, providing the best of both worlds. We enjoyed exploring the local sights during the day and returning to our cozy retreat in the evening. Overall, our stay at this house in Branson exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect home base for a fun-filled and memorable vacation. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Branson.

Amazing property perfect for our group of all ages

We were 8 adults and 4 kids under 3 who had a fantastic time at this property! It had plenty of sitting areas, great views, a great yard for games, just overall GREAT space for families!!! We are very experienced Branson travelers and this was one of our favorite VRBO’s.

Spring Break 2024 Family Vacation

We had a group of 7, ages 4 - 61. House was fantastic. The information provided regarding the house rules, check in and out requirements, the directions on how to use the furnace, fire pit, hot tub etc. was so helpful and much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen, nice suprise gift in the refrigerator. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great with very comfortable beds. The little ones ( 4 & 6) thought the bunk bed room was super great. the fire pit, hot tub & decks were wonderful. Good location to get around the Branson-Hollister area. Beach towels, bag, and cooler was available for us to use. (never had that before!) Only complaint (beyond anyone's control) was that one of the main reasons we went there was for the indoor pool as that is a vacation requirement for us and the pool was closed for maintenance/cleaning so we were only able to use the pool 1 of our 5 days that we were there. The 1 time we did use it, we thought the pool was wonderful - building was clean, great furniture, bathrooms, and just across the street from our house so super convenient. The kids play ground was a big hit as well. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we are in Branson again.

Great Stay!

This house is perfect! Indoor pool right out the back door and courts/playground/pool just steps from the front door. The kids stayed busy going back and forth, the adults relaxed on the back patio and back deck. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. We will be back!

Best rental we’ve ever stayed in! (We stay often)

We take our children and grandchildren on a vacation every Christmas as our “gift” to them. We have grown to nearly 20 ranging in age from 6 months to almost 50 years old. This house was perfect! We always stay in a rental due to the size of our family and hands down this was the best we’ve had so far. It was VERY clean when we arrived. Trash bin is conveniently located just off the back porch. We had one group stay in another rental nearby because we weren’t sure if we all would all fit comfortably. We all could have fit no problem. Each room having their own bathroom was wonderful! Everyone had plenty of space for their own things without chaos or being on top of each other. This is the best equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in. Most have only the bare minimum supplies. Maybe 1-2 toilet paper rolls, 1 roll paper towels, maybe a dish pod, etc. Every bathroom had 3 rolls of toilet paper and there were 3 paper towels. Providing these amenities seems minor, but it decreases the overall cost of your stay and thus makes the cost of the rental even more appealing. This house had a playpen, baby gate for the stairs and high chair which was awesome since we had several babies. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and the big pots/pans were perfect for our large group. There wasn’t a single thing we needed that we didn’t have. No unexpected trips to Walmart for a “necessity”. We rarely repeat a destination, but we will absolutely stay here again!!

Family Reunion

The kiddos loved the bunk room and changing lights! We had plenty of sleeping areas. Place was immaculate when we arrived. The indoor pool and spa, fire pit,and playground was a hit. The only suggestion was to supply a hand mixer in kitchen, and more than one wash cloth per bathroom. We relly enjoyed the place, certainly will come back !
