Lakeview Oasis has a panoramic lake view from the deck perfect for any getaway!

The breath taking views off the deck from this 1600 sq ft home of new construction will relax you like no other. Water view from your left to your right of the lake!! The sunsets and sunrises are quiet amazing!! It has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms: master with a king size bed, guest room with a queen bed, and the bunk room with 2 full size beds and 1 twin trundle plus a futon. The living room couch makes a giant square ready for a few extra friends or some great cuddle time! The property comes with lots of amenities you'd find at home such as a coffee pot & coffee, crock pot, baking pans for muffins and more, a wine chiller, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, washer & dryer, grill, hangers, plus much more. All one level makes it's easily accessible for everyone too. One step down the master suite.
There are many points of lake access near by and one is just .3 miles away from the house and includes a small beach area. You can also take a short drive to Prairie Creek Marina and launch your boat or rent one, grab fuel and a snack, and go enjoy the day.
Northwest Arkansas offers many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, trails, micro breweries, and outdoor and indoor venues to explore and golf locations galore. Downtown Rogers and Lake Atlanta just 10 minutes away offers 2 park areas and is great for running, walking, bikes, scooters, and more. Bentonville is only about 25 minutes away and offers great activities and museums as well. We can't wait for you to relax and stay awhile!!

Everything was easy. The home was clean and had most everything we needed. This may be the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at overall. We had four adults and four kids and there was plenty of space. There wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner in the showers (I hadn’t seen that in the reviews yet so thought it may be helpful). It’s a shirt drive to town and has a beautiful view of the lake. Showers were lovely and the beds were comfortable. Check out was seamless.

Beaver Lake Getaway 2025

We truly enjoyed this property and home! This time of year, we travel to Rogers for our family reunion. This was our first time to stay at this VRBO. We loved how spacious it was for our family. The linen selection, blankets, towels, kitchen, simply everything was stocked and ready for use. Valerie was so kind and even give me tips on local shopping and thrifting! Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay and everything about this home! There was plenty of room for our group. The view was amazing, and it’s a short drive to the boat launches. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, as well as cooking utensils, blankets, pillows, etc. Lots of little touches. Valerie was also amazing. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and views. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. Pictures don't capture how spacious the living and kitchen areas are. Enjoyed bird watching and spotted a few does with fawns in the neighborhood. Especially enjoyed views of the sunset and moonlight reflecting off the cliffs across the lake. :-) Hope to return again!

Relaxing Home

We really enjoyed staying for 3 nights here. It was incredibly clean and the view is truly beautiful. The master bed is very comfortable and all of the linens are very fresh and plenty of them. The kitchen was fun to cook in and plenty of utensils and dishware. We will be renting again for sure to relax and visit family in Rogers, AR.

Incredible experience!

This place had everything! All the amenities everyone wants from a rental like this. The view was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable for my wife and I! We like soft beds. We have a sleep number and we a 35. And the house is very close to all the other options Ark has to offer…shopping, hiking, eating!

The house was overall perfect. Nice quiet spot. Has every cooking utensil and item you need. Plenty of spices and condiments. Regular coffee pot and Keurig. Plenty of towels. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room. Good communication with the host. I would definitely recommend it.

Precious Easter memories were made at this beautiful lake view getaway! We had everything we needed to carry on with our Easter traditions! Very clean and nicely updated property. My two girls and I really enjoyed it. Location is great. Close to town and the state park. If you’re looking for a trip in the ozarks, this is it! Property management was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Great Lake View Property

Everything is as described about this home! It’s very well stocked with everything you need. Communicating with Valerie was easy and very fast! She even reached out when bad weather was coming in! Plenty of towels (very nice ones too), comfy beds with extra blankets and pillows, laundry detergent and dryer sheets! The view was beautiful from the deck and you could easily get down to a safe spot for swimming. We will definitely keep this listing as a favorite! A little confused by the outside (looked small) but was incredibly surprised and overwhelmed by the beautiful decorating and the sunrise on the lake was outstanding. Great getaway for three couples during parents weekend at university of Arkansas!! Thank you!!
