The house was perfect for hosting a birthday party. The weather was not great and we were able to spread out in the house and enjoy the day. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the space was pet friendly.

The property was eady to find, provided a great get away, totally private and relaxing, yet only 15 minutes to downtown High Springs. It was pet friendly which meant a lot to us. Highly recommend for a getaway and to unwind.

This motel doesn't skimp on freebies - guests receive free WiFi and free self parking. A terrace and barbecue grills are also provided.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The A/C unit was easily adjustable to your own comfort level. We had a slight issue with logging into some of our steaming accounts but that was the only issue.

If you just need a place to rest on a road trip, this is perfect. The property is dated, but clean and well-kept, and has a certain sense of nostalgia. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. Staff is very friendly.

I do commend the staff for doing what little they could to resolve the issues but they are not given the training, knowledge or authority to handle these issues. Shame on Quality Inns for operating such a dismal property. "
