Room I was first assigned had urine still on the mattress being covered by a mattress cover. I could smell the urine through the sheets on the bed. I complained and was given a room change. The new room smelled like a former smoker's room. The carpet looked too scary to walk on without shoes or socks. The walls and doors were damaged, too.

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

Terrible. Roof was leaking, stains on bed. Shower not cleaned, ac fell on my child and he didn’t even touch it. Great if you’re going to party with friends. Stayed a total of 30 mins. Can’t get a refund.

Check in was okay, rates less than originally quoted. Going to room heavy smell of weed, tried to call for wake up, phone cord was cut, next day went for breakfast, nothing closed until Monday, wife needs a hair dryer, had to ask house keeping, hall still smells of weed. Had to go out and find something to eat, no clue where we are but found a 7 eleven.. room had two towels, one washcloth, just a big mess. Save you time, stay somewhere else.....

My husband and I checked into this hotel due to lost of power from very heavy winds. It was cheap and close by. You get what you pay for! The front desk clerk didn’t appear for 10 minutes. The entire lobby smelled of weed, the room smelled of cigarettes. Someone had balled up blanket and sheets in the hallway on the floor. We sat there for maybe two hours and then thank God my power was back on and we left!!

This property needs serious work, elevators extremely slow, one was not functioning properly and sometimes you would have to walk up the stairs to catch it to the upper floors. Wi-fi spotty at best. Some areasof hotel smelled like Marijuana and the other hslf smelled like cigarette smoke. Rooms had no guide channels. Cleaning staff left a 1/25 roll of toilet paper instead of replacing the roll. The one good thing I did like was it was close to the area I had to be at.They need more luggage carriers and replace tires on the 2 that they do have.

Horrible stay.

Property was not clean. I had trouble getting into my room several times. People we actively smoking in the building. There also were drugs in my room. I had my son with me. Not a good look at all. My sisters room was also dirty and heating did not work. We had to go to front dear just for wash rags. Will not return or recommend . I had the room for 3 nights left after one!

The room was dirty and outdated. The room was smaller than advertised. The jacuzzi was unclean and wasn’t usable. My boyfriend and I came for a romantic weekend and left extremely disappointed. The staff acted unconcerned when I complained about the room. Lastly, there was no complimentary breakfast. I will never spend $165 to stay here again.

The elevator was broke. Had to keep walking up and down four flights of stairs. The water in the room kept running in the bathtub. Bathroom fan was hanging on a string from the ceiling. No extra toilet paper in the bathroom. The furniture was chipped so bad in large areas of the furniture. The smell of weed was on the floor. I was glad to leave and I will not spend my money to stay here ever again
