"First, the overall condition and maintenance of the building has noticeably declined. The property looks worn down and there was a persistent urine odor in several areas, which made the environment very unpleasant. Additionally, we were charged an extra fee for an additional guest, yet basic amenities were not provided accordingly. We did not receive extra towels, shampoo, or soap, which should be standard when additional guests are registered. The check-in process was also extremely frustrating. Even though we had already paid for our stay from Thursday through Monday, we arrived around 7:00 PM and were still made to wait for a room. After traveling, this was unacceptable and poorly managed. Another major disappointment was the false advertising regarding the brunch that is promoted by the hotel. The experience did not match what was advertised. Furthermore, the beach chairs and umbrellas are very old, worn, and out of place with what should be a quality beachfront property. The only highlight of our stay was the excellent service from your beach staff. Paulino and Miguel were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and truly the best part. "
