"We were in town for a family member’s medical procedure so we didn’t use any amenities at the hotel. The jetted bathtub in the King Spa Suite was my saving grace after long days at the hospital. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. We won’t be returning to Chicago, but i definitely recommend this hotel!!"
