Staff were super nice and helpful. I cannot remember the front desk manager name, she got my room upgraded and made the check in so smooth. Ezzi front desk manager, and Hari duty manager were very helpful in my checking out. I stayed at the hotel many times, will stay again.

The hotel and staff were awesome. In some areas only gave a 4 star rating because our room smell wasn't good. I'm not sure if it was only our room though. Maybe should have asked for a different room. Maybe it was because of the humidity. But very strong unpleasant smell.

"There was baby cockroaches when we enter the room and inside the bath room. Also, dead mosquitoes on the bunk bed. Slippers nd toothbrush only 1 was given. Room airconf not cold. No kettle for boiling water.
