Check in was a NIGHTMARE! People waited for well over an hour to check in…. We went to the bar and had cocktails for 2 hours before the line became even remotely doable. Even then we waited for 20 min. Other than that, a great place to stay if you’re going to a concert at the CHI center.

Room and hallways are clean and staff was courteous at check-in. Location was convenient. Breakfast was an extra charge and the coffee was not so great. But, all in all a great deal for the price!

We had a great time. The room was clean and cozy very intimate we loved that. No hair dryer in the room that annoyed my wife. The empty area near the bathroom would be great place for a chair or a luggage stand. The gap under the door is pretty big it lets a lot of light in. Other than that ...
