The staff were very friendly and nice, helpful. The room smelled like an old stale smoky room. It was clean but just smelled like people used to smoke in there. It is a smoke free hotel but it was stinky.

The rooms were good but the wash basin wasn't all that clean. There was some hair and dirt. The coffee machine, tissues and toiletries were put up high on a shelf, maybe by the cleaning crew. Felt like they were hiding it from the guests. Good enough breakfast. Overall good experience.

Room smelled extraordinarily badly of cigarette smoke and was just told “some ppl don’t respect the rules, so…”; the toilet was cracked and the bed was squishy and the cover cheap. Left with a headache from the cigarette smoke I breathed in all night and my clothes smelled. Overall it was pretty unpleasant. But the lady at the front desk was really nice.

Clean and quiet.

It was comfortable and cozy. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The only "complaint" was that breakfast didn't have a lot of choices, but with Casey's next door, we got what we wanted. Overall, it was a nice stay.

It was clean enough and most of the staff tried to be helpful, but it was missing some amenities - mall things but inconvenient. The breakfast/morning receptionist was intent on being "right" when I asserted myself. Minor thing, I suppose, the milk container label didn't specify the fat level on the label, so I opened another that did. She immediately seized on my apparent "inappropriate behavior," demanding to know "WHY?" When I pointed out that the label specified 6% fat content, she started to challenge my assertion. I walked away, but it was uncomfortable. Silly thing, I suppose, but guests don't enjoy being challenged over petty things. The rest of the staff were helpful. They attempted to limit use of the ice machine, but that didn't become an issue. The place was quiet due to the low patronage. It looks as if it may be struggling financially, however everything is in good repair. The price was competitive but not inexpensive. There are other facilities in the same price range that may be more attuned to their customers' needs and preferences.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast had eggs, sausage as well as the other normal things. It was very good . Enjoyed the stay and would stay here again if we are ever in the area again

Stopped for the night while traveling. Comfy bed. No elevators so if you have mobility issues request accessible room or stay somewhere else. Didn’t use amenities or eat breakfast as we just needed a place to sleep.

Could be a great place

The service was good and the room was nice except that the bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. Breakfast was abysmal. It was a gluten and sugar feast. The eggs looked like they were made from powder. There was oatmeal, but there was no plain oatmeal, it all had sugar in it. And there was no dairy free milk, although there was lactose free milk. I brought my own oatmeal and cinnamon and put bananas in it.

Great stay.

Stay was great. Good value for the price we paid. Rooms were clean, fridge and microwave worked great. Washer and dryer also on site which was very helpful.
