First off, when checking in the girl at the desk clearly didn’t want to be there. Very rude. Then we got to the room, which was filthy. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, the shower/tub was absolutely disgusting. The smoke detector was missing, just the holder up on the wall. I took pictures.

This was probably one of the most disgusting days I’ve ever had in hotel. The room was not that clean. The toilet seat had feces on. It had to be cleaned before I could even use it. The room wasn’t that clean took forever to get hot water like five minutes or more. And what you consider a free breakfast was nothing at all, there was toast, cold cereal, hard-boiled egg, coffee, and juice and a packet for oatmeal that is not a breakfast that’s ridiculous. The entire place smelled like marijuana.

We reserved 2 queen beds ada room. I was pressured into a one king bed, non ada room. Only one set of towels and 2 pillows. We asked for more pillows and towels. Never received. Nightime clerk was friendly, but definitely non accommodating! The room was dirty. I took pictures of the dead bugs in the corners and in the bathroom. There was hair in the tub. From here on out, i will always be leery of Super 8 chain.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed in. Reeked of cigarettes everywhere and the room smelt like piss. Wasn’t cleaned properly at all, sink handle broken, weird gunk all over the walls and trim.

I first off, never complain about properties, especially super eight because I am pretty much prepared to pay for what you get, but this instance, having issues with the air and the air quality and the cleanliness of the facilities was beyond unsafe I’ve taken several photos of the black mold coming out of the AC unit That only worked a small amount at a time which I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing because I had to choose whether I wanted nowhere at all or air that was gonna be blowing black mold, spores around the room I then took notice right away of the shower area, which had a ton of mold, black mold all around the whole bottom perimeter of where the shower base in the shower Units connect when they’re installed this to me is basic neglect of something that is a very easy thing to take care of, and I don’t know how it’s possible for someone to walk into a unit like that and not see this type of stuff and think that it’s OK to allow gas to stay there. Like I said I get that these type of places are not the greatest and are affordable for a lot of people, but there’s a level that needs to be addressed of what’s acceptable to allow people to pay for even on a smaller scale. I have allergies, and these types of things are extremely unsafe. I did point us out to the gentleman who I believe is the manager or the top person in charge and he did say that it was going to be addressed, but upon asking him to please come up there and look at conditions. NO. Refused
