The balcony view of the plaza lights close to Christmas was amazing. We enjoyed the concierge level benefits with breakfast in particular. The checkin/out was seamless and valet was quick despite being quite crowded, we did leave right at checkout time. Overall a wonderful stay

The Fontaine
Very stylish hotel, helpful staff. Hot water didn’t always work at the sink in our room. Restaurant was really understaffed. The one server did the best he could but he needed help!

The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center
The room was clean, staff was so helpful and personable. The food at the restaurant was very good. It was quiet. Would stay again.

What a cool place! I would definitely stay here again. It was decorated for Christmas beautifully! Only issue is how thin the walls are but I can overlook that bc the hotel is really nice. Location is also a huge plus.
