"Upon check-in, I asked if I can have a room with a handicap bathroom. I explained to the clerk that I just had minor knee surgery and can’t stand for a long time. I asked if I can have a bathroom with a bench to sit on in the shower. She looked and looked and said she found one. When I went to my room it was no bench only a tub. I was in so much pain and wanted to lay down didn’t even worry about it. However, I was quite upset about it."
