"The room is good size with fire place. The staffs are very nice. Breakfast is the best and don’t missed it. Location is great, walking distance to Cannery Row, the Aquarium and Pacific Grove. I will definitely stay here again next time when I am in Monterey."

"In a previous review I complained about a low quality breakfast. I can’t see a way to modify that review so here to report that on my last stay they were making custom omelettes. Very pleased with this hotel now. I must have gone to breakfast late last time."

"cottage was spacious, jacuzzi tub a treat. furniture was a bit dated only bad thing was bed needs to be replaced in 323. it was not comfortable. breakfast was great with a lot of options and a large dining room . great onsite parking with space even covered. staff was pleasant and immediate response ..."

"Such a sweet property close to old Monterey and wharf. The room had a wonderful gas fireplace and a balcony with a peek a boo view of the bay and harbor. Nicely remodeled bathroom. I was sad that the hot tub was not in service and that there was a parking fee for garage."
