Office staff was rude; they seemed bothered when we requested any kind of assistance. The refrigerator in our room was making a loud noise all the time, and at night it was very hard to get some rest. They did not offer decaffeinated coffee. However, housekeeping staff was super nice, Maria smiled and said hello as soon as she saw us coming. I will not be staying in this hotel again, I do not recommend.

We felt everything at the Monarch Resort was very good. Staff friendly, continental breakfast had a wide variety and good quality. Very quiet, no street noise. Definetly would go again when in the area.

Breakfast was fresh. Coffee was hot and caffeinated. Hard boiled eggs were good, but some scrambled eggs or breakfast meat would have been nice. Some granola or whole grain options would be a good addition to the oatmeal packets and Costco muffins. Thanks for the convenient breakfast!

Good location for strolls. Room was clean and decent but showed age. Sliding door did not close shut. Heating was not sufficient. We experienced a power outage due to a storm but the kitchen lady did her best to provide warm breakfast.
