"There is not an ounce of doubt, in my mind, that this location will be the one I use whenever I am in the area for work. The location is right by a Meijer, restaurants and other big box shopping locations, but it is also tucked away where you're not bothered by the noise or traffic. The staff is absolutely AMAZING! They were more than accommodating from the moment I checked in. Some are bothered by the process of having to call or use a kiosk, but it is absolutely not anything to hold against the staff here. Customer Service is an art that many no longer hold, but this location has not forgotten what's important and they are literally top notch."

"Rooms were clean. Had a couple of bathroom issues that were taken care of immediately. The bed was comfortable. The pool was just warm enough and clean. The pool area was clean too. The breakfast was good - waffles, Danish, fruit, cereal - hot and cold . The eggs and meat varied by day. Coffee was good. Most of the staff were very friendly. A couple of them seemed to be having a tough day. Lots of parking. Room layout was a little confusing and we had to walk a ways before getting to the elevator from the front desk."
