Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel must be undergoing renovations as there is a lot of missing baseboards, sloppy paint, carpet in poor condition in halls, plaster repairs being done in halls. There were no rolling carts available when we got there at 9p, when asked staff shrugged and said to look around. I found this frustrating as I have never stayed there before so not familiar with the hotel or how to "look around". Found one and it was falling apart, barely rolled. Same with the next day when we checked out. Checking in the lady didn't acknowledge me at all and kept staring at her computer screen and later both her and another male co worker were arguing at the front desk who worked harder! While the room was clean and it served our purpose for an overnight stay, we will not stay there again. On a good note, the hot breakfast the next morning was good.

Drove two hours to stay at this hotel picked this hotel specifically because they had a room with a Jacuzzi tub I get there they giving me my key go to my room. There’s no Jacuzzi tub go back down to the front desk. I was told we don’t have those sorry but the room I booked the description said jetted tub, and there was a picture of a jetted tub. I was told they couldn’t give me a refund. And that either take the room or have no room at all so I left I called got a refund through the booking company. The lady at the front desk was very rude to me, said that she doesn’t make the bookings. But you see that I booked a room with a jetted tub you should call and say hey we don’t have that room. I drove two hours just to have to find another hotel I ended up sleeping in my car. I will not go back to a comfort Inn again. Terrible customer service.

Room appeared clean. Bed was a bit harder than i prefer, but others may enjoy that. Pillows were average for most hotels. Breakfast was good - eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, bagel/breads, juices, cereal and coffee. Fair price. Friendly staff. Had a pool, work out center, small arcade. Would stay again.

The breakfast was average. I always like a pot of oatmeal instead of packets. Only one yogurt and it was strawberry which I can’t have. No bananas. Starbucks was close by so not a big deal. The room was clean. The pillows and sheets were comfy.

Comfort inn a good stay-in. The hotel was going through renovations but still clean. Rooms was clean. The bathroom in the pool area needed to be clean better. Tub was durty and i realky needed a bath. Phone was broken and front desk didnt know or care. What if we had an emergency? Our socks got dirty from carpet. It was christmas eve so we had hoped for a more clean stay. Beds were comfortable and staff were very friendly. If we ever return i hope there's not the same issues. Thank you to the staff who worked over christmas eve and christmas day!🎄💜

We loved the size of the rooms, rollaway bed worked perfectly for our needs. Pool area was really dirty. Breakfast was fine, and it was quiet while we were there.
