Pros: wonderful, friendly staff. The woman that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us coupons and information about happenings in town. The woman tending the breakfast bar was super friendly and helpful. Fresh coffee available 24/7! Good location. Lobby and breakfast area looked clean and was nicely decorated for Christmas. Cons: there had been a lot of snow in the days before we arrived. The parking lot and sidwalks were a mess. The sidewalk in front of the hotel had no salt and was treacherous. We did mention it to the man at the front desk. Our room was in desperate need of a deep clean. The hallways needed vacuumed badly. The bathroom grout was filthy. There were crumbs in the nightstand drawer. And when I lifted the chair cushion looking for an earring, I almost gagged. If the housekeeping situation was better this would be our go to hotel for our annual trip. I did notice a sign referencing a remodel, so we may try again in the future.

Breakfast was great! Room cleanliness was not very good. Our room had definitely not been vacuumed prior to our checking in as there were crumbs on the floor. Front desk personnel was not extremely friendly but breakfast personnel were super!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a bit noisy at times with the pool being right across from our room. It was nice being so close to the breakfast buffet and complimentary coffee, etc. The bed was really comfortable. We really liked the hot tub. Although it was in the 30’s outside the a/c appeared to be kicking on in the room. We ended up just shutting everything off for the second night and turning the heat on in the morning.

Step at front dusk was really good.They were very happy and very welcoming. The holiday inn was very clean even with construction going on. Breakfast was good and coffee was available all day and night. We also like the location of the hotel.

The staff was excellent, the location is great, and the breakfast was good. However, the bathroom could have been more thoroughly cleaned and the sheets were not entirely on the bed. I had to adjust the sheets so that I could sleep without them coming off.
