The Historical Franklin House is located on Franklin St. - Frankenmuth's historical street. Situated close to downtown, you'll be within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, shops and other world famous attractions. Drink coffee on the front porch and watch the horse-drawn carriages gallop by or spend a lazy afternoon in the large, bay-window living room overlooking Franklin St. This space is newly remodeled featuring a sprawling white marble master bath, large front porch with seating, mid-century modern furnishings, and cozy living areas. NICE!!
This is a cozy little get away place that we enjoyed very much. Loved the kitchenette for morning coffee and late evening suppers of leftovers warmed in the microwave. We also enjoyed afternoon tea there each day of our stay. Evenings were spent in the lovely front room in front of the television watching retro tv programs...a favorite. The bedrooms and bath were very generous as well. The location is close to downtown and very walkable. We would enjoy staying there again. Thanks!!

Property was convenient to town. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast area and tv room were great for visiting with family. We would rent again on a return visit to this area.

Softball rainout
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this historic property! We came to participate in a softball tourney that ended up being rained out so we got to enjoy the waterpark instead! This property is a short walk into town, which we did twice during our 2-night stay. Classy decorations and a tub my kids enjoyed bathing in with a super cute deck out back (2nd story). Chris was prompt, professional and kind in his responses to my requests and helped make our stay stress-free! Thank you!

Great short stay location.
Great apartment located just a block off Main Street. Everything was within walking distance. Great place to stay for a weekend. There is a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave available to use. Great restaurants near by. Chris had lots of excellent suggestions. Great little balcony and the bathroom remodel is beautiful.

Frankenmuth is a very lively town
The house was near down town A calm and secure place Just on box of air conditioned so with that hot and humide weather it was very very warm on the second level of the house The house was clean and like the photos and the bathroom was so beautiful and so clean Lovely place to go for a vacation at Frankenmuth We where satisfaite of the place We will choose that house for another vacation. We had a very nice vacation Christ always write me back and answer all my questions Lovely place to stay
