Was hoping for a better experience. It took several minutes for someone to come out to check us in. The room wasn’t very clean, back of toilet hadn’t been cleaned recently and food was left in the fridge.

Rooms redone but no easy chair. A very weird experience. I was told that none of the rooms had them despite the updated room photos on the web showing them. Hard to relax except on the bed. The gym equipment is also severely outdated and desperately needs replaced.

We stayed 3 nights & the room wasn’t cleaned & garbage was not emptied. The hotel had an odor and was not clean. The outside door wasn’t even locked, anyone could have come in without a key card. On our 3rd day our key cards stopped working although we weren’t checking out until the next day. Breakfast never changed and we stayed Saturday-Tuesday, rotate the warm items. "
