Everything was so clean, and the pool was super nice and warm. The front desk attendant when we arrived went above and beyond. We had lots of kids for an event. She knew there would be construction issues getting there and had made 2 pages of instructions and maps for everyone attending, and she worked hard to seek everyone out to make sure no one encountered complications. She was helpful with every extra request we had while preparing for our event. This has hands down been the best hospitality experience I have ever had in a hotel, even amongst hotels with a higher star rating. When we return to Bay City we won't even have to think of another hotel. We can just return here.

ExtraCost

Pros: Nice Hotel........met our needs
Cons: How about reimbursing the money because of the problems by yourself??
Lost app $100 because of flight delay problems created by Travelocity the day before. Understand it's non refundable, however, your company created the problem. I honestly don't expect to be reimbursed.

Amazing room!

We had the King bed with the jacuzzi in the room. The jacuzzi tub was massive and amazing. The king bed was a little too stiff for our comfort. The room was super clean. I absolutely love how they have a keuring in the bathroom so you can have coffee whenever you want! There is also a microwave and a mini fridge which is nice when you stay for a couple night and don't want to go out to eat for every meal. They also put a makeup remover wipe in the bathroom which for me was a great thing because I had forgotten mine. Overall it was a great room!
