My stay at Wingate by Wyndham Niagara Falls was decent. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Niagara Falls. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a convenient and decent place to stay

The staff at the front desk were not very courteous. We had to ask how to access the elevators a get to our room. The floors in our room were dirty and there was long hair on the shower walls. This was not our best Marriott experience.

"We stayed at this casino in the past and after an absence of several years discovered ongoing renovations still the norm at this casino
On our arrival a paramedic truck at the front entrance blocked off all arriving guests
On checking in our agent was brand new and seemed a little ovwhelmed
Our usual Tim Hortons coffee stand was replaced by Bear Claw manned by 1 woman in her 60’s trying to serve customers on here own
All in all a very mediocre resort going downhill hill fast
