"The room was terrible. Right as you walked it you were hit with a stench. It smelled like a sweaty men’s locker room. There was no tv remote in the room and the tv was just sitting on. Then as I am about to get into bed to sleep there were bugs in the sheets under the comforter. DISGUSTING. WILL ..."

"The buildings transformation into a hotel is pretty amazing and neat to look around in. It would be nice for some outdoor seating and/or activities like firepit, cause not done for the day and sitting outside would be a nice. Pool isn't a amenity we are interested in. Will look for a place with outside ..."

Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites
"We booked on Expedia and when we arrived to check in, we were given a room in the South tower. It was not at all up to standard for a Hilton Hotel. There was no hot water, (mind you I had two children with me), the carpet had a smell, the lightning was poor; it was depressing. I complained and got moved to the North tower - it was night vs day ! Updated room, fantastic amenities, plenty of both natural light and lighting. Plenty of hot water, and we had both views ! I however wasn’t happy that the lady that checked us in chose to place us in the Southside despite what we paid (which turned out to be higher than the actual hotel rate) and the fact that I had two young children with me. There is also no free onsite parking .. so we had to walk to and from surrounding paid but cheaper car parks everyday. There’s also no breakfast. This was difficult with kids and we had to rely on Tim Hortons doughnuts etc bought the day prior to ensure they could have breakfast when they got up. Now I know if I ever go back there, to specifically request for the North Side. I will also compare other hotels to see who’s got free parking and breakfast with equally great views of the falls."
