"The lobby level of the hotel is beautiful. Our room was ok. We had a balcony that was shared with two other rooms. It looked out over the open area near the Alamo. The air conditioning in our room was not good. It never got very cool and it wasn’t even that hot outside. Talked to the desk and they said they would send someone up to check it. He brought us a box fan and said we were too far from the chillers for the A/C to reach. The bathroom had areas of rust and the bathtub had mold in the grout. The tub also had pieces of ceramic missing from the interior. I would not care to stay there again. "

"This place is dark and dirty. I had to leave the same night. Luckily I was refunded my stay. If your traveling alone or with kids, I would not recommend this place it seems very unsafe."
